Privacy & project inquiries

Rack & Reason Systems uses inquiry details to review your project and communicate with you. Submitting a request does not confirm an engagement, availability, price, or response time.

What we collect

Your name, company or team, email, optional phone, city, project type, approximate timing, work preference, description, and contact consent. We may also save the originating page, referrer domain, and URL campaign parameters. Do not include credentials, passwords, or sensitive system configurations.

How data is processed

When online intake is enabled, inquiries are stored in Neon Postgres. Resend sends an owner notification to the business inbox managed with Google Workspace. Vercel hosts the website. We do not automatically forward your details to outside contractors. These providers may process data outside your country.

Security & retention

We use validation, spam checks, and request limits. To limit abuse, we derive a temporary identifier from the IP address; the raw IP is not stored in the inquiry record. We retain inquiry history as needed for the project, operational records, or applicable obligations. Providers may retain technical logs under their own policies.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of your details, or to stop follow-up about an inquiry, email leads@montylabs.xyz. This release does not use advertising pixels or optional analytics tracking.

Service scope

Scope, deliverables, access, travel, schedule, and terms are agreed before work starts. Do not use this form for emergencies. Listed regions are areas for project inquiries, not office locations.
